Wood fibers are finely ground and blended with a proprietary resin, then compressed under precise high-temperature and high-pressure conditions to create dense, durable panels. The signature black core not only enhances visual appeal but also ensures seamless edge integration for a sleek, continuous facade. This advanced manufacturing process delivers a broad color palette and a uniform internal structure, making DEBO® UltraCore ideal for detailed 3D machining, engraving, and versatile applications across both decorative and structural uses.
Seamless integration
DEBO® UltraCore Panel is compatible with various surface finishes including wood veneer, High Pressure Laminate (HPL), Continuous Pressure Laminate (CPL), PVC, PET, SPC, etc. It can be cut, routed, and installed with standard woodworking tools and supports bonding with PU, RPF, or EPI adhesive systems.

As a sustainable product made from renewable pine sources, it also supports green building goals and eco-conscious projects. DEBO® UltraCore Panel is available with FSC® certification upon request and benefits from a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), offering transparency in its environmental impact from production to end-use.

Core matters
DEBO® UltraCore Panel is available with through-dyed colored cores. The wood fibers are dyed and bonded with resin, creating a rich, uniform color throughout. This ensures exposed edges match the surface perfectly, removing the need for edge banding.

Color-Through Core
Beyond black, DEBO® UltraCore is available in a variety of through-dyed colors. Wood fibers are infused with organic dyes during production, giving the panels rich, uniform color throughout. This eliminates the need for edge banding and allows for clean, exposed edges.
